I saw a moose! In fact, I have seen seven moose in the past week! Yeah!

Vacationing in Maine...

We are having a wonderfully relaxing time here in Maine. The kids are swimming, biking, running, and being free! It is so nice to let them be active in a safe and interesting environment. We have seen some interesting wildlife, but still no moose.

Happy Birthday, America

Happy 232nd Birthday! What an awesome celebration we had. We went to visit some friends outside Annapolis, MD and had a cookout. Later we went into Annapolis and watched the parade and fireworks. We got rained on pretty heavily, but that did not dampen our spirits! Here are a few pictures from the day!

We are home! Well, sort of home! We are in DC until next Wednesday! From here the kids and I are heading to Maine and Landon is heading to Kiev. Keep watching this place for more pictures of our summer adventures.
